This is a great accompaniment to my Fish, Chips & Mushy Peas recipe
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of chopped dill pickle
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, if using bottled you may need to add a bit more to taste
- 1 tablespoon of crushed or chopped cappers
- 1 teaspoon of dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
Now Let’s Cook
Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dried dill, and mustard.
Add the cappers, pickles, and salt & pepper to taste. Add more lemon juice if needed.
Tip: For a little added flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
